Follow the progress of your Saotex order using the updates sent to your email.
Track a dispatched order
Once your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Open the tracking link in that email to view updates from the delivery carrier. You can also use the “View your order” link in your order confirmation email to open your order status page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Need help finding your tracking details?
Check your spam or junk folder for our dispatch email. If you cannot find it or need an update, email info@saotex.co.uk with your order number. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
